Gṛhastha-Vrata
पात्र त्वतिथिमासाद्य शीलादढूयं यो न पूजयेत् । स दत्त्वा दुष्कृतं तस्मै पुण्यमादाय गच्छति
pātraṃ tv atithim āsādya śīlādhyūyaṃ yo na pūjayet | sa dattvā duṣkṛtaṃ tasmai puṇyam ādāya gacchati ||
தகுதியும் நல்லொழுக்கமும் உடைய அதிதி வந்தபோது இல்லறத்தார் உரிய உபசாரம் செய்யாவிட்டால், அந்த அதிதி தன் பாவத்தை அவரிடம் விட்டுவிட்டு, அவருடைய புண்ணியத்தை எடுத்துக்கொண்டு சென்றுவிடுவான்.
