अतिथीन्‌ पूजयामास यथावत्‌ समुपागतान्‌ । एवं हि सुमहान्‌ कालो व्यत्यक्रामत तस्य वै

Transliteration

atithīn pūjayāmāsa yathāvat samupāgatān | evaṁ hi sumahān kālo vyatyakrāmata tasya vai ||

Translation

முறையாக வந்த விருந்தினர்களை அவன் விதிப்படி உரிய முறையில் போற்றி உபசரித்தான். இவ்வாறே அவனுக்குப் பெருநீண்ட காலம் கழிந்தது.
