अष्टक उवाच कस्यैते प्रतिदृश्यन्ते रथा: पठच हिरण्मया: । यानारुह्मु नरो लोकानभिवाऊ्छति शाश्वतान्
Aṣṭaka uvāca: kasyaité pratidṛśyante rathāḥ pañca hiraṇmayāḥ | yān āruhya naro lokān abhivāñchati śāśvatān ||
அஷ்டகன் கூறினார்—இங்கேத் தோன்றும் இந்த ஐந்து பொன்னரதங்கள் யாருடையவை? இவற்றில் ஏறி மனிதன் நித்திய உலகங்களை அடைய விரும்புகிறான் அல்லவா?
