ययातेर्वानप्रस्थतपःस्वर्गारोहणम् | Yayāti’s Vānaprastha Austerities and Ascent to Heaven
रूपेणाप्रतिमां तासां स्त्रीणां मध्ये वराड़नाम् । शर्मिष्ठया सेव्यमानां पादसंवाहनादिभि:
rūpeṇāpratimāṃ tāsāṃ strīṇāṃ madhye varāḍnām | śarmiṣṭhayā sevyamānāṃ pādasaṃvāhanādibhiḥ ||
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—அந்தப் பெண்களிடையே அவள் அழகில் ஒப்பற்ற பேரழகியாக இருந்தாள். அவள் நடுவில் அமர்ந்திருந்தாள்; சர்மிஷ்டை அவளுக்குப் பாதமசாஜ் முதலிய சேவைகளை செய்து கொண்டிருந்தாள்.
