Duḥṣanta–Śakuntalā: Gandharva Marriage and Succession Condition
संवर्धमानो बलवान् स्वस्त्रिषूत्तमो5भवत् | वेदाड़ानि च सर्वाणि जजाप जयतां वर:
saṃvardhamāno balavān svastriṣūttamo 'bhavat | vedāṅgāni ca sarvāṇi jajāpa jayatāṃ varaḥ ||
வளர வளர அவன் வலிமை பெற்றான்; தன் ஆயுதங்களையும் ஏவுகணைகளையும் கையாள்வதில் சிறந்தவனானான். வெற்றியாளர்களில் முதன்மையான அந்த வீரன் எல்லா வேதாங்கங்களையும் ஜபித்து கற்றான்.
