Educational Q&A

When adharma becomes destructive, restoration of order should proceed through truthful reporting, collective deliberation, and a dharmic decision by legitimate authorities—showing that justice is grounded in discernment and responsibility, not mere anger.

Nārada lists the major deities and Brahmā-connected sages who have assembled. In the surrounding episode, they approach Brahmā to report the atrocities of Sunda and Upasunda and to prompt a righteous solution for their downfall.
