भीमस्य जलान्वेषणं तथा वनविश्रान्तिः

दुपद उवाच अनाश्षर्यत्रिदं ब्रह्मन्‌ विक्रान्तेषु महात्मसु । प्रीये त्वयाहं त्वत्तश्न॒ प्रीतिमिच्छामि शाश्व॒तीम्‌

Transliteration

dupada uvāca | anāścaryam idaṃ brahman vikrānteṣu mahātmasu | prīye tvayāhaṃ tvattaś ca prītim icchāmi śāśvatīm ||

Translation

த்ருபதன் கூறினான்—“பிராமணரே! உம்மைப் போன்ற வீரமிகு மகாத்மர்களிடம் இத்தகைய பெருந்தன்மை இருப்பது வியப்பல்ல. உம்மால் நான் மிக மகிழ்கிறேன்; உம்முடன் நிலையான நட்பும் அன்பும் வேண்டுகிறேன்.”
