The Birth of Kṛpa and Kṛpī; Kṛpa’s Attainment of Astras
प्रतस्थे सह पत्नीभ्यामन्रुवंस्तं च तापसा: । उपर्युपरि गच्छन्त: शैलराजमुदड्मुखा:
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
pratasthe saha patnībhyām anuvraṁs taṁ ca tāpasāḥ |
uparyupari gacchantaḥ śailarājam udanmukhāḥ |
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—“அரசே! பாண்டு தன் இரு மனைவியருடன் புறப்பட்டான்; தவமுனிவர்களும் அவனைத் தொடர்ந்து சென்றனர். மலைமன்னனின் உயரங்களின் மேல் உயரங்களைத் தாண்டி, வடக்கு நோக்கி அவர்கள் முன்னேறினர்.”
