FAQs

It states the explicit फल (result) of Linga-pratiṣṭhā done with bhakti: honor in Shiva-loka and attainment of exalted divine enjoyments and siddhi-like perfections.

Shiva is presented as Pati—the Lord who grants both bhoga (experienced enjoyments) and guṇa/siddhi in His own realm to the devoted installer, indicating His sovereignty over worldly and transcendent attainments.

The practice is Linga-pratiṣṭhā (ritual installation) performed with bhakti; its fruit is described in yogic terms as aṇimā and related siddhis, aligning with a Pāśupata-oriented view of Shiva’s grace granting spiritual powers.
