yaḥ pūrayati yasmācca kṛtsnāndevānanugrahaiḥ nayate tattvabhāvaṃ ca tena pūriti cocyate
Suta Goswami (narrating Shiva’s names and their meanings to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It frames Linga-worship as seeking Shiva’s anugraha (grace): the Lord who ‘fulfills’ devotees and guides them toward tattva-realization, not merely worldly boons.
Shiva is shown as Pati—the sovereign giver of completion and the revealer of tattva-bhāva—whose grace elevates beings from function and merit to direct realization of Reality.
The verse points to anugraha-centered sādhanā: Linga-pūjā and Pāśupata-oriented discipline undertaken to receive Shiva’s grace that culminates in tattva-bhāva (true realization).
