प्रववुर्वायवश्चण्डास्तम: पांसवमैरयन् । दिग्भ्यो निपेतुर्ग्रावाण: क्षेपणै: प्रहिता इव ॥ १८ ॥
pravavur vāyavaś caṇḍās tamaḥ pāṁsavam airayan digbhyo nipetur grāvāṇaḥ kṣepaṇaiḥ prahitā iva
எல்லா திசைகளிலிருந்தும் பயங்கரமான காற்று வீசத் தொடங்கியது; புழுதி மற்றும் ஆலங்கட்டி மழையால் இருள் சூழ்ந்தது. எந்திரங்களால் வீசப்பட்டது போல, கற்கள் நாலாபுறமிருந்தும் வந்து விழுந்தன.
