कृच्छ्रलब्धेऽथ राजर्षेस्तनयेऽनुदिनं पितु: । यथा नि:स्वस्य कृच्छ्राप्ते धने स्नेहोऽन्ववर्धत ॥ ३६ ॥
kṛcchra-labdhe ’tha rājarṣes tanaye ’nudinaṁ pituḥ yathā niḥsvasya kṛcchrāpte dhane sneho ’nvavardhata
ராஜரிஷிக்கு மிகுந்த துன்பத்திற்குப் பின் மகன் கிடைத்ததால், தந்தையின் பாசம் நாள்தோறும் வளர்ந்தது; ஏழை ஒருவர் பெரும் பாடுபட்டு பெற்ற பணத்தின் மீது தினந்தோறும் ஆசை அதிகரிப்பதுபோல்।
