ओजस्तदस्य तित्विष उभे यत् समवर्तयत्। इन्द्रश्चर्मेव रोदसी

IAST Transliteration

ójaḥ tád asya titvíṣa ubhé yát sám-avartayat | índraś cármeva ródasī

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

This is his might, of the blazing one: that he rolled both worlds together—Indra, as with a hide, the twain of Heaven and Earth.

Translation

இதுவே அவன்—ஒளிவீசுபவனின்—ஓஜஸ் (வலிமை): அவன் இரு உலகங்களையும் ஒன்றாகச் சுருட்டினான்; இந்திரன், தோல் (சர்மம்) கொண்டு போர்த்துவது போல, த்யாவா-பிருதிவீ—அந்த இரண்டையும்—மூடினான்.
