ये ते पूर्वे परागता अपरे पितरश्च ये। तेभ्यो घृतस्य कुल्यैऽतु शतधारा व्युन्दती

IAST Transliteration

yé te pū́rve párāgatā́ ápare pitáraś ca yé | tébhyo ghṛtásya kulyā́ etu śatá-dhārā́ vyundatī́ |

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

To those thy Fathers, the former who have gone afar, and the later who are—unto them let the channel of ghee go forth, a hundred-streamed flood welling and spreading.

Translation

உன் பிதர்கள்—முன்னோர் தூரம் சென்றவர்கள், பின்னோர் பிதர்கள் ஆகியோர்—அவர்களிடமெல்லாம் நெய்யின் (க்ருதத்தின்) கால்வாய் பாயட்டும்; நூறு ஓடைகளாய், பொங்கி விரிந்து பரவட்டும்.
