ये वर्मिणो येऽवर्माणो अमित्रा ये च वर्मिणः । सर्वांस्तां अर्बुदे हतांछ्वानोऽदन्तु भूम्याम्

IAST Transliteration

yé varmíṇo yé’varmā́ṇo amítrā yé ca varmíṇaḥ | sárvāṁs tā́n arbúde hatā́n chvā́no’dantu bhū́myām ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Whether mail-clad or mail-less, the foemen, yea, the armoured also—let dogs devour them, all of them, when slain, in the crushing arbuda, upon the ground.

Translation

கவசம் அணிந்தவர்களாக இருந்தாலும், கவசமில்லாதவர்களாக இருந்தாலும்—மேலும் கவசம் அணிந்த பகைவர்களாக இருந்தாலும்—அவர்கள் அனைவரும் அர்புத (அடக்கி நசுக்கும் தாக்கம்) இல் கொல்லப்பட்டு நிலத்தில் கிடக்கட்டும்; நாய்கள் அவர்களைத் தின்னட்டும்.
