तेषामभावे तदभावः छिन्नपक्षस्येव राज्ञश्चेष्टानाशश्च ॥ कZ_०८.१.०९ ॥
Transliteration
teṣām abhāve tadabhāvaḥ chinnapakṣasyeva rājñaś ceṣṭānāśaś ca
Translation
அவர்கள் இல்லையெனில் அந்தச் செயல்களும் இல்லை; மேலும் அரசனின் செயலாற்றும் திறனும் அழிகிறது—இறக்கைகள் வெட்டப்பட்ட பறவையைப் போல.
