जनपददुर्गव्यसनयोर्दुर्गव्यसनमिति पाराशराः ॥ कZ_०८.१.२४ ॥

Transliteration

janapada-durga-vyasanayor durga-vyasanam iti pārāśarāḥ.

Translation

நாட்டுப்புறத்தின் பேரிடரும் கோட்டையின் பேரிடரும் இவற்றில், கோட்டையின் பேரிடரே அதிகக் கடுமையானது—என்று பாராசரர்கள் கூறுகின்றனர்.
