अन्यैरमात्यगुणैरयुक्ता ह्येते ॥ कZ_०१.८.१५ ॥
Transliteration
anyair amātyaguṇair ayuktā hy ete
Translation
ஏனெனில் இவர்கள் (பணிநிறைவேற்றுவோர்) அமைச்சர்களுக்குத் தேவையான பிற குணங்கள் இன்னும் இல்லாமலும் இருக்கலாம்.
