Transliteration

samarthaṃ tadvido vinayeyuḥ

Translation

தத்தம் துறைகளில் வல்லுநர்கள் திறமையுள்ள (இளவரசர்/வாரிசு) ஒருவரை ஒழுக்கமும் நடத்தையும் கற்பித்து பயிற்றுவிக்க வேண்டும்.
