Transliteration
pādaguṇahīnaḥ parimitārthaḥ
Translation
(தூதன்) தேவையான திறன்களில் குறைபாடு இருந்தால், அவனுக்கு வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட நோக்கம் (மற்றும் வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட அதிகாரம்) அளிக்க வேண்டும்.
