अर्धगुणहीनः शासनहरः ॥ कZ_०१.१६.०४ ॥

Transliteration

ardhaguṇahīnaḥ śāsanaharaḥ

Translation

அரசரின் ஆணையை எடுத்துச் செல்லும் தூதன், சிறந்த தகுதிகளில் பாதி வரை குறைவாக இருந்தாலும் (அந்தப் பணிக்குப்) பயன்படுத்தப்படலாம்.
