Transliteration

tasmād imaṃ dvyakṣaṃ sahasrākṣam āhuḥ

Translation

ஆகவே, அவனுக்கு இரண்டு கண்கள் இருந்தாலும் அவனை ‘சஹஸ்ராக்ஷ’ (ஆயிரம்‑கண்கள் உடையவன்) என்று அழைக்கிறார்கள்.
