स बुद्धिनिगलैर्बद्धैरिष्टं क्रीडति पार्थिवैः ॥ कZ_०७.१८.४३च्द् ॥
Transliteration
sa buddhinigalairbaddhairiṣṭaṃ krīḍati pārthivaiḥ
Translation
அவன் அறிவின் சங்கிலிகளால் பிற அரசர்களை கட்டி, தன் விருப்பத்தை அடைய அவர்களை விளையாட்டுபோல் இயக்குகிறான்.
