दैवतस्वस्तिवाचनेषु तत्परा आशिषो वाचयेत् ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२८ ॥
Transliteration
daivata-svasti-vācaneṣu tat-parā āśiṣo vācayet
Translation
தெய்வங்களை அழைக்கும் நிகழ்வுகளிலும் பொதுமக்கள் முன்னிலையிலான மங்கள/ஸ்வஸ்திவசனங்களிலும், அதே (அரசியல் நோக்கம்/நபர்) நோக்கி அமைந்த ஆசிகளை அறிவிக்கச் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
