हीनमनुहन्यात् न त्वेव स्वभूमिप्राप्तं त्यक्तात्मानं वा ॥ कZ_१०.३.५६ ॥

Transliteration

hīnamanuhanyāt na tveva svabhūmiprāptaṃ tyaktātmānaṃ vā

Translation

பலவீனமான பகைவரைத் துரத்தி தாக்கலாம்; ஆனால் தன் நாட்டிற்குள் சென்றடைந்தவனையோ, அல்லது உயிர் நம்பிக்கையை இழந்து தன்னை விட்டுவிட்டவனையோ (அதாவது ‘தன்னைத் தானே கைவிட்டவன்’) தொந்தரவு செய்யக் கூடாது.
