Transliteration

viśiṣṭabalaṃ bhaṅktvā saṃdhiṃ yāceta

Translation

எதிரியின் சிறப்பு/தேர்ந்த படையை முறியடித்த பின், தன் நலனுக்கு ஏற்ற நிபந்தனைகளில் சமாதான ஒப்பந்தத்தை நாட வேண்டும்.
