नेमिमेकान्तरान् राज्ञः कृत्वा चानन्तरानरान् ॥ कZ_०६.२.३९अब् ॥

Transliteration

nemim ekāntarān rājñaḥ kṛtvā cānantarānarān

Translation

அரசனின் நெருங்கியவர்களை (ஏகாந்தரர்) ‘நேமி’ (சக்கர விளிம்பு/வளயம்) போல அமைத்து, அடுத்த கட்ட கட்டுப்பாட்டு அடுக்காக உடனடி பணியாளர்கள்/ஆட்கள் (அனந்தரான் நரான்) என்பவர்களையும் ஒழுங்குபடுத்த வேண்டும்।
