Transliteration

upalabdhavidyāprabhāvāṇāṃ puraścaraṇādyādiśeyur abhijñānārtham

Translation

பெற்ற கலை/திறன்களின் ஆற்றல் அறியப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு, அடையாளம்/சரிபார்ப்பிற்காக அதிகாரிகள் புரஸ்சரணம் முதலான ஆரம்ப ஒழுக்கங்களை விதிக்க வேண்டும்.
