varuṇāya pradātavyo brāhmaṇebhyastataḥ param

Translation

இதை வருணனுக்கு அர்ப்பணிக்க வேண்டும்; அதன் பின்னர் பிராமணர்களுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டும்.
