Transliteration

viparyaye kārmikasya dviguṇaḥ

Translation

முரண்பாடு/ஒழுங்கின்மை ஏற்பட்டால் பொறுப்புடைய பணியாளரின் தண்டம் (பொறுப்பு) இரட்டிப்பு.
