पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

தெருவில் தூசி/குப்பை கொட்டினால் நிலையான தண்டத்தின் எட்டில் ஒரு பங்கு அபராதம்; சேறு மற்றும் நீரின் ஓட்டத்தைத் தடுத்தால் நான்கில் ஒரு பங்கு அபராதம்।
