बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

அரசனை எதிர்ப்பவர்களுக்கு சட்டவிரோதமாகக் கடப்பது பயமுறுத்தும்/கடினமானதாக இருக்கும்படி தடையிடப்பட்ட/கட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட்ட துறைமுகங்கள் (தீர்த்தங்கள்) அமைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
