Transliteration

pānāgāreṣu vā pibeyur asaṃcāriṇaḥ

Translation

அல்லது சுதந்திரமாகச் செல்ல அனுமதி இல்லாதவர்கள் அரசுப் பானசாலைகளிலேயே மட்டும் குடிக்க வேண்டும்.
