तेषामन्यतमस्यानयने बहिरेवोच्छुल्को विक्रयः ॥ कZ_०२.२१.२३ ॥

Transliteration

teṣām anyatamasya ānayane bahir eva occhulko vikrayaḥ

Translation

அந்த (கட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட்ட பொருட்கள்) இவற்றில் எதையாவது கொண்டு வந்தால், அதன் விற்பனை எல்லைச் சாவடி/எல்லைக்கு வெளியிலேயே நடைபெற வேண்டும்; அது சுங்கம் இன்றியாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
