Transliteration

madhyamasya puruṣasya madhyamāyā anugulyā madhyaprakarṣo vāṅgulam

Translation

மிதமான உடலமைப்புடைய ஆணின் நடுவிரலின் (மத்தியமா) நடுப்பகுதி முன்னெழுச்சி/உயர்வு தான் வாங்களம்.
