svabhūmiṣṭheṣu tu ta evopāyāḥ

Translation

தம் சொந்த நிலத்தில் உறுதியாக நிலைபெற்றவர்களிடம், முன் கூறிய அதே उपायங்களையே பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
