Sage Parāśara (in a devotional-stotra passage addressed to Vishnu, within the Parāśara–Maitreya dialogue frame)
It asserts Vishnu as the inner Self of all—immanent in every being while remaining the supreme, eternal reality.
By portraying Vishnu as “abhayaṃkara,” Parāśara teaches that surrender and devotion place the devotee under the Lord’s protecting sovereignty, dissolving existential fear.
It identifies Vishnu as the ultimate source and sustainer of all beings—supporting Vaishnava metaphysics where creation and preservation proceed from the Supreme Lord.
