अथोवाच ये साङ्ख्यादितत्त्वभेदास्तेभ्यो नमो वर्तध्वं विरोधेऽनुवर्तध्वम्॥११॥

अथ । उवाच । ये । साङ्ख्य-आदि-तत्त्व-भेदाः । तेभ्यः । नमः । वर्तध्वम् । विरोधे । अनुवर्तध्वम् ॥

IAST Transliteration

athovāca ye sāṅkhyādi-tattva-bhedās tebhyo namaḥ vartadhvaṃ virodhe ’nuvartadhvam ||11||

Translation

अथोवाच—ये साङ्ख्यादितत्त्वभेदवादिनः, तेभ्यो नमः। यूयं स्वस्वमार्गे वर्तध्वं; विरोधे चानुवर्तध्वं, मा विवादं कुरुत॥११॥

Academic Translation

Then he said: ‘To those who propound distinctions of principles—such as the Sāṅkhyas—salutation. Abide (in your own ways); in opposition, conform (i.e., do not contend).’
