Sūta Gosvāmin (narrating the hymn/description within the Pārvatīkhaṇḍa context)
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Significance: Contemplation of Śiva as Paramātman—full of auspicious powers yet changeless—supports jñāna-bhakti leading toward liberation (anugraha).
Mantra: परिपूर्णगुणाधानविकाररहितायते । नमोऽनीहाय वीहाय धीराय परमात्मने
Type: stotra
It praises Śiva as Pati/Paramātman: full of auspicious qualities yet untouched by change (vikāra), teaching that liberation comes by turning to the unchanging Lord beyond desire and agitation.
Though Śiva is described in nirguṇa terms (unchanging, desireless), devotees approach Him through saguna supports like the Śiva-liṅga—an embodied focus for bhakti that leads the mind to the Paramātman beyond form.
Meditate on Śiva as dhīra (steadfast awareness) and repeat a Śiva-mantra such as the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” cultivating vairāgya (desirelessness) and inner stillness alongside simple liṅga-pūjā with bhasma and rudrākṣa if practiced.
