Linga/Saguna worship steadies the mind and purifies devotion; this verse points to its philosophical completion—recognizing that the object of worship, Śiva, is also the inner Self realized through Vidyā.
A jñāna-yoga style contemplation (bhāvana): after worship/mantra-japa, meditate that all self-principles are comprehended and rest awareness in Śiva as the inner Self, letting Vidyā (clarifying insight) arise.
