मा सीमवद्य आ भागुर्वी काष्ठा हितं धनम् । अपावृक्ता अरत्नयः ॥

mā sīm avádyé ā́ bhāk urvī́ kā́ṣṭhā hitáṃ dhánam | apā́vṛktā aratnáyaḥ ||

मा ते निन्द्ये भागं गृह्णीयुः; विस्तीर्णाः काष्ठाः स्थिराः सन्ति, धनं निहितं दृढम्। अपावृक्ताः अकुशलाः कराः प्रतिनिवर्तन्ते—ऋतकर्तार एव निहितं धनं प्राप्नुवन्ति।
