अयं लघुस्तोत्रः इन्द्रबृहस्पती उभौ हविषा सोमेन चोपहूतौ स्वीकर्तुं प्रीणीतुं च आमन्त्रयति। यजमानस्य उक्थेन मदेन च तौ तुष्यतामिति प्रार्थयते। दातारस्य गृहे तौ प्रतिष्ठेताम्, अश्वैः समृद्ध्या च शतगुणवृद्ध्या च व्यक्तं विस्तीर्णं विजयी च रयिं—समृद्धिं जयवर्धनं च—प्रददातामिति याचते।

सोममिन्द्राबृहस्पती पिबतं दाशुषो गृहे । मादयेथां तदोकसा ॥
सोमम् इन्द्राबृहस्पती दाशुषो गृहे पिबतम्; तदोकसि मादयेथाम्—तदेव नः अन्तः स्थिरं सदनं भवतु।
