Sukta 1.57
इमे त इन्द्र ते वयं पुरुष्टुत ये त्वारभ्य चरामसि प्रभूवसो । नहि त्वदन्यो गिर्वणो गिरः सघत्क्षोणीरिव प्रति नो हर्य तद्वचः ॥
imé ta indra te vayáṃ puruṣṭuta yé tvā́rabhya cárāmasi prabhūvaso | náhi tvád anyó girvaṇo gíraḥ sághat kṣoṇī́r iva práti no harya tád vácaḥ ||
इमे तव, हे इन्द्र—इमे वयं, हे पुरुष्टुत—ये त्वाम् आरभ्य प्रभूवसो तव प्रभुत्वे चरामसि। न हि त्वदन्यो गिर्वणोऽस्माकं गिरः क्षोणीरिव भारान् सघत्; अतः, हे हर्य, अस्माकं तद्वचः प्रतिगृहाण।
