Bearing Mountain
तस्यनानद्यमानस्यश्रुत्वानिनदमद्भुतम् ।लङ्कास्थाराक्षसास्सर्वे न शेकुस्स्पन्दितुंभयात् ।।6.74.47।।
tasya nānadyamānasya śrutvā ninadam adbhutam |
laṅkā-sthā rākṣasāḥ sarve na śekuḥ spandituṃ bhayāt ||6.74.47||
तस्य नानद्यमानस्य अद्भुतं निनदं श्रुत्वा। लङ्कास्था राक्षसाः सर्वे भयात् स्पन्दितुमपि न शेकुः॥
All the Rakshasas in Lanka hearing the loud roar of Hanuman were afraid and could not stir from there.
Adharma breeds inner weakness; when confronted by a just opponent, the courage of the unrighteous collapses into paralysis.
Hanumān’s roar echoes into Laṅkā and terrifies the rākṣasas, leaving them unable to react.
Tejas (spiritual-heroic radiance) that overawes enemies without yet engaging them directly.
