Garuda’s Arrival and the Release from the Serpent-Arrow Bond
तेनिवृत्ताःपुनःसर्वेवानरास्त्यक्तसम्भ्रमाः ।ऋक्षराजवचश्श्रुत्वातंचदृष्टवाविभीषणम् ।।6.50.12।।
te nivṛttāḥ punaḥ sarve vānarās tyakta-sambhramāḥ |
ṛkṣa-rāja-vacaḥ śrutvā taṃ ca dṛṣṭvā vibhīṣaṇam ||
ते निवृत्ताः पुनः सर्वे वानरास् त्यक्तसम्भ्रमाः । ऋक्षराजवचः श्रुत्वा तं च दृष्ट्वा विभीषणम् ॥
Having heard Jambavan, all the Vanaras finally shed their fear and returned to see Vibheeshana.
Right action requires freedom from panic; dharma is supported by listening to wise counsel and returning to disciplined perception rather than fear-driven reaction.
The frightened Vānaras, reassured by Jāmbavān, return and look upon Vibhīṣaṇa.
Collective virtue of śravaṇa (heeding good counsel) and regained courage.
