The Slaying of Jambumali
तस्य विष्फारघोषेण धनुषो महता दिशः।प्रदिशश्च नभश्चैव सहसा समपूर्यत।।।।
tasya viṣphāraghoṣeṇa dhanuṣo mahatā diśaḥ | pradiśaś ca nabhaś caiva sahasā samapūryata ||
तस्य धनुषो महता विष्फारघोषेण दिशः प्रदिशश्च नभश्चैव सहसा समपूर्यत॥
When the mighty son of Prahasta was killed, infuriated Ravana, his eyes red and rolling, commanded the highly valiant sons of ministers.ityārṣē śrīmadrāmāyaṇē vālmīkīya ādikāvyē sundarakāṇḍē catuścatvāriṅśassargaḥ৷৷Thus ends the fortyfourth sarga of Sundarakanda of the holy Ramayana, the first epic composed by sage Valmiki.
