एभिर्न्यायार्जितं वित्तं वणिग्भावेन यत्नतः । पितृदेवद्विजातिभ्यो दत्तं चाक्षयमश्नुते
ebhirnyāyārjitaṃ vittaṃ vaṇigbhāvena yatnataḥ | pitṛdevadvijātibhyo dattaṃ cākṣayamaśnute

Sandhi Resolution Notes: एभिर्न्यायार्जितम् = एभिः + न्यायार्जितम्। चाक्षयमश्नुते = च + अक्षयम् + अश्नुते।
It teaches that wealth earned ethically (nyāya) becomes a source of inexhaustible merit when it is given in charity to the proper recipients—ancestors, deities, and the learned/initiated (dvijas).
Because the moral quality of the means of earning is part of dharma; charity is presented as spiritually fruitful when the wealth itself is acquired without injustice or deceit.
Akṣaya indicates lasting spiritual fruit (puṇya): the merit generated by rightful giving is described as enduring rather than quickly consumed or nullified.
