संकर्षति प्रजाश्चांते ह्यव्यक्ताय यतो विभुः । ततः संकर्षणो नाम्ना विज्ञेयः शरणागतैः

saṃkarṣati prajāścāṃte hyavyaktāya yato vibhuḥ | tataḥ saṃkarṣaṇo nāmnā vijñeyaḥ śaraṇāgataiḥ
