It teaches that disciplined pradakshina (three circumambulations done with steadiness of mind) and sacred darshana have papa-nasha (sin-destroying) power, purifying even long-accumulated karmic impurities said to span seven births.
Bhakti is expressed here as reverent bodily service (pradakshina) joined with focused attention (susamāhitaḥ) and darshana—devotional encounter with the sacred—presented as a direct means of inner purification.
It highlights ritual procedure (prayoga) rather than a technical Vedanga: the practical rule of performing pradakshina three times with mental concentration, a common temple/tirtha observance aligned with dharma and devotional discipline.
