Adhyaya 75 — The Fall and Restoration of Revatī Nakṣatra and the Birth of Raivata Manu
ya eṣāṃ śṛṇuyān nityaṃ paṭhed ākhyānam uttamam | vimuktaḥ sarvapāpebhyo lokaṃ prāpnoty abhīpsitam ||
The text asserts purificatory efficacy for disciplined engagement with sacred narrative—knowledge transmission (hearing/reciting) is treated as a dharmic act with karmic results.
Ancillary to Manvantara: while not itself a pancalakṣaṇa item, the phalaśruti seals the manvantara section by prescribing its soteriological benefit.
‘Desired world’ can be read as both literal post-mortem realm and an inner state: sustained śravaṇa/pāṭha re-patterns consciousness toward the ‘loka’ it contemplates.
